This qualification recognizes readiness for further study in computing and related fields at he national diploma level, as well as for employment using computers. It can lead to the National Diploma in Computing (Lv5) and MHI Diploma in Information Technology and Computer Services (Lv5)
It recognizes advanced skills for people who are using computers, and also provides an introductory qualification for those people who are interested in a career in computing or related fields.
Fees need to be paid before course starts, so apply early.
Any student under the age of 18 will be advised to complete or provide evidence of having completed an equivalent qualification for one of the foundation program first, to ensure correct course suitability.
The following is considered the minimum requirement:
- National Certificate in Computing Level 3
- Three intakes per year. Available for Domestic as well as International students
- Domestic fees NZ$2,500
